Homemade Breakfast

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil or butter.


Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a minute or two until the edges start to set. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, breaking them up into curds. Continue cooking and stirring until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency. Remove from heat.


In the meantime, toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lemon juice and mash the avocado with a fork until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices. Top the avocado toast with a generous portion of scrambled eggs.


Add any optional toppings you desire, such as sliced tomatoes, sprouts, crumbled feta cheese, or a drizzle of hot sauce.


Serve the scrambled eggs with avocado toast immediately and enjoy a hearty and delicious homemade breakfast!
